I took that half solarez/half delaminating, yellowing glass Pat Ryan up to the Crime Scene today. That board is such a goer. My noserider really doesn't work for shit at the point, but the Creature does. At the point you really need a shortboard that you can pump for speed or a longbaord with a pulled in tail that will allow you drop down for speed, quickly come back up the face, drop down for speed, repeat. If you are on a slow log, you get closed out on and the only place to go is into those sharp ass rocks.Sadly, the Creature continues to die a slow death. If I get to keep my job, I'll commission a new one. If I lose my job, I'll ride it until the deck peels off.

Totally. At Malibu you finish a session, hang out, take in the sun and talk to the locals. At the Crime Scene you finish a session, then hang around to get robbed or beat up. ;)
