Step Down

I've been told by the physical therapist to cut my surfing back even further. He also warned me that when I next see the ortho surgeon, I may be asked to stop altogether if I don't display moderation. Bummer.

In the meantime, it's looking like three wave sessions, five if I'm lucky. Eh, I can't complain. I still get to jump in the ocean, right?

As I was leaving I saw some tourists trying to pose with a sea lion for a photo op. Their kid kept running around it. The sea lion looked pissed. A few months back a few sea lions had been shot, so I hope this fellow wasn't beached due to injury.

Man that sucks! I hope someone can fix you up.

That seal should have chased that kid around then steamrolled the parents. I'm not a big fan of seals because they're the chicken nuggets of the sea for Mr. White. However people should just know better than to screw around with wild animals. It is probably sick.

I was thinking the same thing regarding the sickness. They don't normally hang out on the sand near people.

The shoulder thing will be okay, I hope. I'm still not 100% from my sack surgery, so I'm loathe to go under the knife again.

Is Swine Flu capable of being transmitted to Seals?

Seems that human stupidity is still transmitted from parent to child. :-p

Sucks bout tha shoulder...I thought I had a torn rotator-cuff a couple of years ago, turned out to be just a bad ligament sprain, but I know the feeling of being told to moderate your stoke.

Oh man. I am away for a while and come back to this?

God damn growing old and all the moderation it requires. I've been feeling it too.

I don't know what to say about that, other than turn into something else, somehow.
